Detailed description of the works We are building a 220 sqm 2-storey house plus attic. We are project managing and will source the trades directly. We are currently looking for quotes for ground works and foundations. The site is a corner site with good access in an established housing estate. We will have air heat pump heating with underfloor hearting in the lower floor. We will also have a rainwater recovery system supplying water for bathrooms and toilets. Planned start is very early January.
